  • Client: any natural person or legal entity purchasing a product or service.

  • Agreement: any written confirmation between H&F Solutions and the client.


2. Prices & Quotations

  • All prices on the website are indicative and non-binding.

  • A final price is only provided through an official quotation.

  • Prices may vary per country, transport, assembly, and local regulations.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made in pre-agreed phases.

  • An order is only final after receipt of the first payment.

  • Late payments may lead to delays or suspension of services.


4. Delivery & Assembly

  • Delivery times depend on stock, transport, and local conditions.

  • H&F Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, governments, or external factors.

  • Assembly is carried out exclusively by professional teams or recognized partners.


5. Permits & Local Regulations

  • The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If H&F Solutions arranges the permits, this takes place after signing the preliminary contract.


6. Liability

  • H&F Solutions is not liable for damage caused by incorrect information, improper foundation, or external contractors.

  • Our liability is always limited to the amount of the agreement.


7. Cancellation

  • Cancellation fees may be charged depending on the project phase.

  • Costs already incurred will always be charged.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, plans, texts, and visuals remain the property of H&F Solutions.

  • Copying or distributing without permission is prohibited.


9. Privacy

  • Personal data is processed according to applicable legislation.

10. Applicable Law

  • All agreements are governed by Belgian law.

  • Disputes are handled by the courts of Antwerp.
